The purposes of our personal data processing, types of information processed and our processing basis
We use your personal information to the extent necessary for our bookings. We have no access to Credit Card Information, etc.
We need your name so we can see who paid for which service and when. We ask for an contact phone number for your safety. The number will be deleted as soon as the teaching is over.
When we at Happy-Home-Office process sensitive information, this is done, in addition to pursuant to Article 6, 1st b. Of the Personal Data Ordinance, pursuant to Article 9 (1) of the Personal Data Ordinance. Article 9 (2) (f) and Article 9 (2) 2, letter b.
To the extent that the storage of personal data is based solely on the interests of Happy-Home-Office, the storage takes place on the basis of Article 6, 1. of the Personal Data Ordinance. personal data processing / storage of the information ”.

Categories of recipients
Our processing of personal data takes place on an IT platform run by an external hosting provider (Simplybook.me). The servers used by the hosting company are located outside the EU. Simplybook.me works strictly according to the EU GDPR.
Your information will be handed over to a teacher to the extent necessary to handle each specific booking, or if we are required to do so by public authorities such as the police, Tax offices and/or the courts.

Time period for our personal data processing / storage of the information
Happy-Home-Office employees and external educators are instructed to process personal information only to the extent necessary and serve a business purpose.
For tax reasons, all bookings are kept for 10 years. Thereafter, an irreversible anonymisation of all personal information takes place.

If you wish to be deleted from our news list or from our customer directory, you can notify us in writing at any time.

Your rights

Right to view information (right of access)
In principle, you have the right to gain insight into the personal data we process about you.

Right to object
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.

Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to correct your personal information if we have incorrect information.

Right to limitation of treatment
You have the right to have our processing of your personal data limited to the extent that the legislation does not otherwise require that we must / can process the information.

Right to delete
You have the right to request us to delete the personal data, and to the extent that the legislation does not otherwise stipulate that we must / can process the data, we will comply with such a request.
